ArTeX is a Perl script which simplifies the exchange of LaTeX documents between collaborating authors or between author and publisher.
ArTeX analyzes a LaTeX 2e document to determine whether it loads any non-standard files. If non-standard files are identified, ArTeX creates filecontents or filecontents* environments for them and adds these environments to the input document. The new document can be processed successfully on any system with a standard installation of LaTeX 2e.
This package is not available from either major free distribution, MiKTeX or TeX Live.
You can visit artex's CTAN directory to browse the source or download the material for installation.
