The covfonts package provides all of the font metrics, virtual fonts, font-description files, and font-mapping files needed to use Apostrophic Laboratories's freely downloadable Covington font with TeX and LaTeX.
This package is not available from either major free distribution, MiKTeX or TeX Live.
