Package memhfixc:
Adjustment for using hyperref in memoir documents.

Any recent version of hyperref will automatically load this package if it finds itself running under the memoir class.

Otherwise, the package should simply be loaded (without options) after hyperref has been loaded.

The package is distributed as part of the memoir distribution.

Getting it

If possible, get this package from your distribution using its installation manager. (For installation help, click on your distribution's name.)
