* What is it?
Lithuanian language support package for TeX.
Provides:
- Lithuanian hyphenation
- Lithuanian adds for Babel
- Lithuanian TeX fonts for lmr and urwvn font families
- examples for making Lithuanian TeX fonts with fontinst
- extra tools for inputenc
* Instalation (based on teTeX 3.0 and TDS 1.1)
1. Copy texmf stuff from archive to TEXMFLOCAL.
(You can find TEXMFLOCAL location by using kpsewhich:
kpsewhich -expand-var='$TEXMFLOCAL').
Run mktexlsr.
2. Manage map files:
* updmap --enable Map $TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/map/dvips/lt/l7x-lm.map
(for current user)
* updmap-sys --enable Map $TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/map/dvips/lt/l7x-lm.map
(for all users)
* updmap --enable Map $TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/map/dvips/lt/l7x-urwvn.map
(for current user)
* updmap-sys --enable Map $TEXMFLOCAL/fonts/map/dvips/lt/l7x-urwvn.map
(for all users)
3. Manage hyphenation (TeX formats):
Get current language.dat and language.def locations
>kpsewhich language.dat
>kpsewhich language.def
Get language.lt.dat and language.lt.def locations
>kpsewhich language.lt.dat
>kpsewhich language.lt.def
Copy language.dat to language.lt.dat location and add record from
language.lt.dat to language.dat
Copy language.def to language.lt.def location and add record from
language.lt.def to language.def
Run mktexlsr.
* fmtutil --all
(for current user)
* fmtutil-sys --all
(for all users)
