Package: Xewtee Dorwoljin for LaTeX

This package provides the Xewtee Dorwoljin script for LaTeXe users.
Installation suggestions are contained in INSTALL.
A short explanation can be found in the documentation.
This software is pretty alpha-ish at the moment and primarily
released as a preview.
