* Word-to-LaTeX (Word-to-XML)

Word-to-LaTeX (Word-to-XML; two names for the same program :-)) is a program for 
converting documents written in Microsoft Word into LaTeX and XML format 
(additional formats can be easily added through the configuration; XML output 
can be later transformed to whatever format you need, transformation stylesheet 
from XML to XHTML is included). Word-to-LaTeX runs only on Windows with Microsoft 
Word installed.

- MS Windows 2000 or higher
- MS Word 2002 (XP) or higher
- .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0
- MathType (if you want to convert equations to LaTeX)
